Born in Co. Tipperary in 1957 he first concentrated on portraiture with considerable success, depicting the great Irish Writers
and the 1916 signatories. He subsequently turned to landscapes and horse fairs, his style becoming more fluid and ‘Jack
B. Yeats’ style. His work is included in major collections both here and in the U.S.
